Each day of your stay you will enjoy a four course farm to table (when available) breakfast to satisfy your soul with savory and sweet homemade offerings from our kitchen.
We try to choose ingredients seasonally and source them locally and ethically. Many of our seasonal vegetables & herbs come from local farmers and some from our own backyard organic garden. We strive to purchase meats that are local and grass fed with no antibiotics or hormones. When we purchase fruits and berries, we buy organic and wash thoroughly in a vinegar and baking soda solution to ensure we are serving the cleanest produce possible. When baking, we typically use European flour to ensure a less processed and lower gluten product. We strive to make most of our meals from scratch to ensure the ingredients are organic, clean and non-gmo. You will find homemade breads, muffins, croutons, salad dressings, sweet breads, candied/spiced nuts, granola, salsas and more when you take a seat at our table.
