Aging with Grace - Hormones, Nutrition, and Balance - Dr. Amber Genetzky, DC, DACNB,CVSMT
Dr. Genetzky will discuss how our hormones change as we age, bone health, collagen and muscle tissue, nerve and cognitive functioning and the Vestibular system. She will share the three routes to healthy sex hormone levels with diet and lifestyle ie: gut microbiome, blood sugar balancing, weight training vs cardio, mental health, herbs & supplements and keeping Passion and Purpose as we age.
Living Marvelously - Author Laurie Jonas
Local author of “The Five L’s of Living Marvelously” will share the 5 “L's” and how to incorporate some positive practices to help you live Marvelously as you age!
Awaken Flow Yoga - Katherine Krieser, MSc, RYT 200
Start your day with a refreshing morning yoga flow designed to gently wake up and stretch your body, warm up your muscles, and get your blood and energy moving. Set to beautiful, upbeat music, this class energizes you for the day ahead in a mindful and physically conscious way, perfect for all levels.
Sound & Vibrational Healing - Leah Buysse
Leah will be using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, chanting and other sound instruments to promote relaxation, balance and healing. The session will include a themed intuitive reading, breathwork and time at the end for integration of the work with Reiki.
Guided Facial - Jenn
Jenn will guide you through a spa like facial starting with a deep cleanse, exfoliation, treatments, and flooding with moisturizer. A great way to prepare your skin for an overnight rest
Awaken Yin Yoga - Katherine Krieser, MSc, RYT 200
Start your day with a morning Yin Yoga class that gently wakes up your body through sustained stretches, promoting flexibility and a calm, centered mindset. Set to uplifting, awakening music, this class helps ease you into the day feeling light and balanced.
Gratitude Exercise - Jenn
Aging with Grace, is not just one or two ideas or actions. It’s many parts and those parts may look different for each one of us. The Gratitude Exercise is touching on the Mental Health “part”. Taking time and making space to express or practice gratitude has been proven to reduced stress, improve mood, better sleep quality, increase resilience, decrease anxiety, enhance feelings of optimism, improve relationships, and potentially even a boost to the immune system
