With John Huffaker & Charlene Torchia. John has practice mindfulness meditation since 1975 and recently participated in a 5-day mindfulness retreat with Jon Kabat-Zinn, author of books on mindfulness, including Full Catastrophe Living and Wherever You Go There You Are. Charlene is a long-time student of chi gong and yoga nidra and recently attended a 5-day retreat with chi gong teacher Mingtong Gu.

Aside from these practice sessions there will be time for questions, conversation about mindfulness and time in between to rest and enjoy the area. This retreat is for individuals, couples, beginners and anyone who wants time and space for mindfulness. $500 for single occupancy (private room) or $375 for double occupancy (shared room). $175 deposit.
